DMP on alert to catch gunmen behind attack on Hadi

Bangladesh desk: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has launched an intensive operation to apprehend the attackers involved in the shooting of Sharif Osman Hadi.

DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md Sajjat Ali briefed reporters on Friday afternoon, confirming that Hadi was critically injured after being shot by unidentified assailants.

He is currently undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where his condition is reported to be very serious.
