DMP commissioner infected with COVID-19 despite receiving vaccine

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Shafiqul Islam has infected with coronavirus after 27 days of receiving his vaccine jab.

A top official of Rajarbag Central Police Hospital confirmed the matter on Tuesday night.

The DMP Commissioner was inoculated on February 7 and was diagnosed with the virus on March 6.
