Pakistan Army shoots down Indian quadcopter along LoC

Online desk: The Pakistan Army shot down an Indian quadcopter on Monday for allegedly violating Pakistani airspace along the Line of Control (LoC), military sources confirmed.
The incident took place in the Manawar sector of Bhimber district in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, where the Indian unmanned aerial vehicle was reportedly conducting surveillance activity, sources told Xinhua.
According to the military, the quadcopter was intercepted promptly and brought down without any casualties or damage on the Pakistani side. The wreckage was recovered and is being examined by authorities, Xinhua reports.
This latest aerial intrusion highlights the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, both nuclear-armed neighbors, who continue to report frequent ceasefire violations and border surveillance incidents along the LoC.
